NOW STREAM THIS! Night Beats, Dr. Dog and Lorde Advance Album Streams
You gotta stream it to believe it! There’s some really groovy stuff streaming before the official release dates.
Seattle based Night Beats is streaming their yet to be released album, Sonic Bloom, a reverb-draped psychedelic garage rock effort expected for release on September 24th via the Reverberation Appreciation Society. This is a second album for the Night Beats, but the first for Reverberation Appreciation Society (a result of Austin Psych Fest). Just a short eight days away from its official release date on October 1st via ANTI- Records, Dr. Dog is giving us a chance to stream the new album, B-Room, in its entirety. Listen to all twelve tracks via Rolling Stone magazine. Pre-order a copy here.
Not sure what compels us to introduce you to New Zealand’s Lorde, but we think you might find it interesting enough and since her debut album, Pure Heroine, is currently streaming a full week ahead of its official release date, why not share it with you? 16-year-old, Ella Yelich-O’Connor, is notably youthful, but she introduces great sounds into her music that seem to marry indie rock with pop music sensibilities. The single, ‘Royals’ captures just exactly that blend referenced above. Hit the play button on the video link above and decide for yourself.
