What’s a 10 in 20, you ask? Well, ten groups of established Lexington musicians each spend two days collaborating on an original track with a fantastic producer, Duane Lundy at Shangri-la Studios. They employ an organic process which presents the artists’ distinctive songwriting and musical roots, while painting a broader creative landscape. Monthly debuts of new songs build toward a vinyl album release in 2012. The first installment of the 10 in 20 project is with Coralee and the Townies, as they perform, ‘ProfessionaLoner’. Below is the video for the track and below the video is the track available for download. Please consider donating to this fantastic project, it’s totally worth it.
